RESPONSIBILITIES: Looks for opportunities and assists with the development and implementation of area recruitment plan. Promotes and supports the role that all staff plays in recruiting children and families. Establishes and maintains effective collaborative relationship with staff, counter parts and partners, such as local school districts and county collaborative groups. Participates in committees as assigned. Attends conferences, meetings and trainings as needed or requested. Responsible for completing paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Keeps program manager informed of personnel successes and challenges. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: To know and follow the Agency Policies and Procedures, Head Start Program Service Plan, Head Start Act of 2007, Head Start Performance and Minnesota Statutes. Monitor classroom and home-based quality including, but not limited to, CLASS observations, curriculum implementation and instructional strategies. Provide coaching and mentoring to Early Head Start/Head Start Teaching and Home Visiting staff. Support and model UCAP S Behavioral Competencies.
