As an ERP Program/Project Manager, you are responsible for successful delivery of ERP projects to Avanade clients through organization, management and monitoring of people, methodologies and technologies throughout the project life cycle.

　　Your expertise extends to supporting pre-sales efforts, crafting Go-to-Market materials, and cultivating enduring client relationships by acting as an internal advocate throughout the entire customer life cycle.

　　What you’ll do:* Direct and motivate the project team* Manage scope, budget and timing, taking accountability for ERP project delivery success* Act as the point of contact for resolving all issues from employees and the vendors* Develop and oversee quality management plans to ensure project excellence* Strategize and determine the most suitable approach based on the understanding of the client’s requirements and devise a comprehensive strategy for achieving successful outcome of the project.* Provide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders* Manages client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction* Become product expert as functional architect* Report project progress to the steering committee* Assist in preparing Go-to-Market materials and creating proposals for prospects or existing clients

　　* Proven experience in effectively managing ERP projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.* Strong leadership capabilities to direct and motivate the project team, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.* Excellent communication skills to facilitate consistent and transparent communication among project stakeholders, including team members and clients. * Excellent problem-solving abilities to address issues raised by team members, clients, and vendors, fostering a proactive approach to issue resolution.* Capability to become an expert in the ERP product, functioning as a knowledgeable functional architect.* Fluent in both Chinese and English, with effective skills in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
