Description Your Responsibilities:

　　Design, develop, and implement custom Dynamics 365 applications for a diverse range of client needs, including financials, supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer service.

　　Leverage your deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and best practices to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.

　　Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and end users to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

　　Take ownership of code quality, ensuring adherence to coding standards, unit testing, and documentation practices.

　　Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and emerging technologies, actively contributing to knowledge sharing and upskilling within the team.

　　Provide technical guidance and support to other developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.

　　In a leadership capacity, mentor entry level developers, participate in code reviews, and guide project execution.

　　Your Qualifications:

　　5+ years of proven experience in software development, ideally with a focus on ERP and CRM systems.

　　In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform, including X++ and C#, Azure cloud technologies, and Power Platform tools.

　　Experience in designing and developing custom entities, workflows, reports, and integrations.

　　Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.

　　Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

　　Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

　　Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor others (preferred but not mandatory). Requirements
