You Are:

Accenture is an industry leader in helping companies transform the way their people work using technology. Our Duck Creek Insurance Practice delivers industry leading Duck Creek insurance solutions to our clients when they need it most.

Accenture's Duck Creek Platform practice, within our insurance solution technology group, is focused on providing the best in class insurance platform solutions for industry leading insurance clients. Our team provides full lifecycle insurance platform solutions for leading edge technology transformations.

The Work:

Work closely with stakeholders to design and document automation solutions that align with the business needs and are consistent with the architectural vision;

Configure and develop Duck Creek applications and business rules.

Execute configuration/integration tests, including monitoring software incidents and communicating software issues to Duck Creek development.

Provide technical expertise by enforcing the vision of the application architecture and safeguarding the integrity of the application environment in alliance with architects and other tech leads;

Function as a subject matter expert and advocate for the software applications supported;

Review and provide input into Architectural designs, requirements and test cases.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need: TBD

Minimum of 8 years experience in a Tech Lead role

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy Center Configuration

Minimum of 8 years leading a large team

Experience supporting Property Casualty Insurance to understand and analyze the business needs of the customer

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

California $131,100 to $271,000

Colorado $131,100 to $234,100

District of Columbia $139,600 to $249,300

New York $121,400 to $271,000

Maryland $121,400 to $216,800

Washington $139,600 to $249,300
