Job Description Summary:Plan, organize, supervise, and provide expertise in performing journeyman-level Drywall Framer duties. Consulting with clients and contractors in a professional manner, assigning tasks, ensure jobs are completed in due time and work is performed according to Swinerton standards. Discipline, mentor and monitor performance of employees. Support activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed.

　　ESSENTIAL RESPONSBILITES AND DUTIES:Provide expertise in performing journeyman-level drywall framer dutiesReview project plan and blueprintsConfirm layout with drawings and coordination drawings or model, generate RFI's for conflicts or differing conditionsEstimate time, material, equipment and supplies neededTrack production of all phases of framing, drywall and finishingDevelop work schedules and crew assignmentsDevelop and manage JHA's, ensure crews are working safely and properly trainedEnter daily time in Exaktime (Swinerton timekeeping system) for crewMaintain records of operationsMonitor inventories and request supplies and equipmentEnsure work areas are properly maintainedUtilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issuesConsult with clients and contractors in a professional mannerEnsure jobs are completed in due time and ensure work in performed according to Swinerton standardsDiscipline, mentor and monitoring performance of employeesComplete other responsibilities as assigned

　　SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman Drywall Framer or similar roleAbility to learn new skills with attention to detailLift and/or pull 75lbs., climb ladders, work off ladders, man lifts or other equipmentAbility to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool beltDisplay basic computer skillsCapable of working in a variety of weather conditionsUphold Swinerton Core Values of Integrity, Leadership, Passion and Excellence at all timesAdhere to all OSHA and Swinerton safety practices and proceduresSupport activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed
