　　The Drug and Alcohol Case Management Specialist will provide case management services to individuals awaiting or engaged in drug and alcohol treatment, as well as those who are scheduled to conclude treatment, to ensure participation and connection to appropriate services, including after care.

　　The position is located at the Administration Building in Doylestown, Monday through Friday.  Occasional evening and weekend availability is required to attend community events.

　　The Drug and Alcohol Case Management Specialist is also responsible for:

　　Advocating for the individual to provide support and encouragement while in case management.Working with all relevant parties including, but not limited to, the justice system, children and youth services, treatment providers and other service systems to ensure appropriate and coordinated services are delivered.Collecting and reporting data as needed to comply with Agency, state and/or federal requirements.Communicating all provider and system issues/concerns to appropriate departmental staff for review and resolution.Representing BCDAC, Inc. at community meetings/community events as requestedProviding education to community partners on addiction, substance use disorder, recovery resources, harm reduction, and other identified topics of interest.Participating, along with other staff members, in the Agency's annual monitoring of service providers' deliverables.Qualifications:

　　Degree in a related field (Drug & Alcohol Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy)2-3 years of experience working with individuals dealing with substance use disorders.Pennsylvania licensure and/or certification (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, CADC, CAADC) is a plus.
