DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Driver License Examiner Assistant, you will have the exciting opportunity to directly interact with customers, verifying their identification and assisting them with application forms. You will also play a crucial role in inputting their information into an online driver license application software. Additionally, you will be responsible for administering knowledge tests to assess applicants' understanding of driving laws and traffic control devices.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will conduct vision screenings using a telebinocular instrument to assess the visual acuity of applicants. It will be your responsibility to accurately record test results and customer applications into online software systems. Following the customer service policy of Driver and Vehicle Services is of utmost importance, as is ensuring the correct fee waiver code is used and documented when necessary. You may also be assigned other related duties as required.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
