Description:

　　Mechanical Design of attractions in Solidworks FEA analysis GD&T Eletro-mechanical design of moving parts Spec out motor sizes and actuators Engineering change order Design review and redlines Responsible for equipment development, design, bills of materials, maintenance manuals, project related documentation and as-built documentation at project completion. Assist with manufacturing and installation coordination equipment. Skills Major Duties and Responsibilities • Design custom automated mechanical equipment and systems. • Generate design approval, fabrication and installation level drawings using Autodesk Inventor 3-D design software. • Create Bill of Material and coordinate with purchasing department for procurement of materials for assigned projects. • Generate and update Project Design Documents for assigned projects using various software packages including MS Word and MS Excel. • Track project schedules and contract specifications to assure adherence to customer and company commitments. • Conduct meetings and communicate issues and project progress to management. • Coordinate with, and assist various departments to facilitate timely, cost-efficient, and accurate purchasing, fabrication, testing, installation, start-up, training and/or repair of products. • Evaluate existing products for possible design improvements, cost efficiency, and reliability. • Ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment.
