Description:

　　Hiring all levels of door installers for a large construction company. This is a long-term opportunity! Hiring career minded individuals looking to advance and stay with a company.

　　Scope is lab, multi-family, and high and mid rise mixed use construction.

　　Projects are located in primarily in downtown San Diego and Carlsbad area.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Door Installers would have some or all experience:

　　Installation Experience

　　• Hollow Metal, Timely, Knock Down Aluminum

　　• Architectural Flush/Stile & Rail Doors

　　• Mechanical Hardware - must have experience

　　• Electrified Hardware - preferred experience, but we can train.

　　• Preferably an understanding BHMA & ANSI Finish Designations

　　• Preferably an understanding of ADA & Fire Code Compliance

　　Other Skills related to door installation - depending on level, some or all experience is preferred:

　　• Fabrication, Installation

　　• Material Management

　　• Hardware Schedule + Project Drawing Interpretation

　　• Lift 50 lbs or more

　　• Door / Frame / Hardware Standards + Tolerances

　　• Keying Systems (preferred)

　　Preferred Certifications, not required:

　　• OSHA 10 or 30 hour

　　• Fall Protection

　　• CPR certified

　　• Certifications from major hardware manufacturers or AAADM Certification
