Cultivate and grow project ownerrelationships and relationships with all professional groups involved.Engagement in the project preconstruction process including developingbid procedures, bid reviews, vendor & subcontractor qualifications,estimating, and scheduling. Management of Quality Assurance/QualityControl Program and required commissioning processes. Proved leadershipin construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budgetdecisions. To be successful in this role, you must have abachelor\'s degree in Construction Engineering/Management and at least10-15 years of proven experience in the Mission Critical industry. Have an established thorough understanding of earlyturnover dates and mission critical commissioning processes. Experiencewith critical work Methods of Procedures process.
