　　Position Summary:

　　The ERP documentation specialist serves as the go-to person for our ERP system (Epicor). This individual will assist users at all levels of the organization to navigate through the application to achieve their business objectives. This individual is part of our engineering team and will primarily support our ECN/PCN process, inventory control, and production rollouts.

　　Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 Annual/Exempt

　　Create and maintains accurate engineering drawings and documentation for new products/product changes

　　Create and release Engineering changes utilizing the PCN/PCR process

　　Create & release Bills of Material (BOMs)

　　Implement Engineering structure changes using Epicor 10

　　Epicor Maintenance and device configuration

　　Support various departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing & Service) with required documentations functions in support of the product line (specifications, device information, service assemblies, etc.)

　　Prepares copies of drawings and documents design changes.

　　Documentation to include accuracy of manuals, installation, operation, and maintenance, product processes (work instructions), as well as pictures and illustrations of equipment

　　Partner with accounting to support accuracy of inventory, ensuring correct zone locations, and verifying validity of negative Inventory

　　Adaptable, flexible, innovative, problem-solving skills, sense of urgency, listening skills

　　Task planning

　　Strong Epicor system knowledge a plus

　　Organizational and interpersonal skills

　　Ability to work outside of standard business hours as business demands

　　Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills

　　Must be attentive to detail, task-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team

　　PC skills, including the use of Microsoft suite

　　Basic familiarity of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)

　　Education:

　　Associates degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. (Or equivalent work experience)

　　2+ years ERP systems such as Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite. Epicor experience preferred but not required

　　Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

　　Work environment in office and production setting

　　Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
