Description

Reputable firm in Newport Beach, CA searching for a Docketing Clerk to join their team! This role involves managing calendars for 2-4 attorneys and ensuring all litigation deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain attorneys' calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Utilize legal software for calendaring and docketing tasks.

• Support attorneys in civil litigation and employment law matters.

• Regularly update and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings and deadlines.

• Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries related to calendaring and docketing.

• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure all court deadlines are accounted for and met.

• Keep track of all legal proceedings, ensuring no litigation deadline is missed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in calendaring litigation deadlines.

• Experience with CompuLaw software, plus if you have worked with CourtAlert!

• Knowledge of litigation deadlines and best practices in docketing.

• Excellent attention to detail while working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Candidates with 1+ years of calendaring/docketing experience in a litigation environment encouraged to apply!
