Division Manager - Mansfield, OH - JOB 23-00905Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Permanent Position with BenefitsThe Division Manager is a key position, reporting directly to the President while maintaining regular communication with the Plant Manager.Requirements• Overseeing division operations• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations• Coordinating with various departments• Managing employee training and reviews• Determining production schedules• Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of facility.• Must effectively communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers• Work closely with Purchasing and Customer Service departments.• Should possess strong leadership skills and strong work ethic• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment• Excellent computer proficiency• Maintain accurate records• A willingness to learn various aspects of the manufacturing enviromnent• Physical capabilities such as occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds are necessary.• Additional responsibilities include administrative duties, such as communicating with stakeholders, expediting parts, organizing staffing levels, and contributing to team projects.• Limited travel and off-site training may be requiredCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
