　　Description

　　Overall Responsibilities:

　　Assists manager, supervisor, and crew leader with functions pertaining to daily Distribution Center operations.Specific Responsibilities:

　　Recognizes when equipment is not working properly and alerts operator, crew leader or supervisor.

　　Straps, labels and bags mail.

　　Loads bundles on conveyors and trucks.

　　Properly stacks papers on skids and bags mail.

　　Participates in all safety training provided by the company, including hand pallet training.

　　Uses downtime as clean-up time.

　　Maintains a “customer comes first” environment with pro-active commitment to internal & external customer service.

　　Performs all jobs & functions as assigned by supervisor.

　　Preserves confidentiality of all advertisements.

　　Participates in the Great Game of Business.

　　Qualifications

　　Behavior:

　　Appropriate dress & hygiene. Responsive to the needs of all TH commercial customers in working together to meet deadlines and quality objectives. Capable of working well with others respectfully. Commitment to customer service. Maintains good driving record and auto insurance.

　　Skills:

　　Basic reading & math skills. Ability to add & subtract at a fast pace.

　　Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

　　Knowledge:

　　High school education or GED.
