　　part of this mission by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse team. You’ll lead, coach & develop associates to their highest potential and foster a culture of safe; efficient warehouse operations.

　　Job Description

　　You will contribute by:

　　Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse team in the fulfilment of customer orders

　　Ensuring proper execution of all established quality, safety & sanitation practices of warehouse operations

　　Collaborating with the Shift Manager to contribute to the development of employee performance

　　Providing continuous feedback to Warehouse Associates to improve employee relations & retention

　　Performing audits, accident investigations and making recommendations for distribution center improvement

　　Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

　　Your work environment may include:

　　Grocery (dry goods) – about 50°- 90°

　　Perishable (Refrigerated) – about 28°- 60°

　　Frozen – about -20° - 0°

　　We’re searching for candidates with:

　　2-5 years of related experience as a warehouse lead or supervisor is highly desired (managing 15+ employees)

　　Exposure to warehouse management systems, voice recognition, inventory control and/or labor management a

　　plus

　　Dynamic manager, comfortable speaking in large groups

　　Open scheduling availability (nights and/or weekends may be required)

　　The ability to safely &efficiently move merchandise up to 60lbs & stand/walk up to 12 hours

　　Desire to work with a team to support causes that positively impact our communities

　　Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

　　Ability and willingness to follow and reinforce all safety policies and procedures
