Dispatcher

　　Pay Rate:

　　The pay rate for this job is $16 - $18 / hour +DOE

　　What you'll be doing as a Dispatcher:

　　Answer all phone calls for the organization

　　Maintain and strengthen client relationships

　　 When placing service calls, confirm location of equipment, contact name, and contact email address

　　Utilize Datablaze when placing and moving service calls.

　　Assist with Toner orders as needed.

　　Manage and invoice service calls.

　　Assist in maintaining accurate contact information within e-automate.

　　Work with the Service Manager to maintain and adjust service technician territories.

　　Schedule equipment setups and installations

　　Work with Purchasing on hold parts ETA updates.

　　Coordinate with Purchasing to operate and maintain warehouse duties as needed.

　　Communicate with technicians about hold calls/parts scheduled/scheduled calls.

　　Any other tasks assigned by management
