About Dispatcher

　　A dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of information and resources within an organization. Responsibilities and Job Requirements: Intensive use of phone and various software to coordinate jobs and trucking. Schedule trucks and equipment. Update work boards daily for the crews. Handle strong call volume in a concise and professional manner. Bilingual (English and Spanish) Not Required but extremely helpful. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products. Must be able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good problem-solving skills. The ability to self-motivate with little supervision.
