The bookstore will feature books and art created by authors and artists of the African diaspora providing the community with the opportunity to learn about different cultures through the immersion of literature and art.We aim to provide the community with a place to freely express themselves and showcase their work on a regular basis. The inclusion of wine intersects a sophisticated experience with a casual experience giving our space a unpretentious vibe for all to enjoy.

　　*PREP/DISHWASHER POSITION DESCRIPTION: *The Prep/Dishwasher provides constant maintenance and ensures good working conditions of dishwashing facilities including all building, restaurant and retail facilities. Functionally reports to the Restaurant Manager and Chef.

　　```- Maintains general cleanliness throughout the store including mopping, sweeping and vacuuming

　　```- Checks water temperature during dishwashing operation to ensure proper temperature- Stocks shelves, racks and service stations with restaurant supplies: polishes glassware and silverware- Removes trash, recycling and compost from receptacles throughout the store and kitchens and brings to appropriate receptacle; cleans, sanitizes and replaces liners in receptacles
