SUMMARY Performs dishwashing and tasksrelating to the Food Services Department in accordance with applicableregulations and departmental policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may beassigned. Fills dish machine following proper loading procedures andplacement. Empties dish machine and inspects all dishware coming out forcleanliness. Places clean dishes, glasses and flatware in proper areas.Cleans dish machine inside and out, including sprayer arms, ensuringmachine is clean prior to the end of shift. If necessary, de-limes thedish machine Keeps area clean and organized following the cleaningchecklist. Keeps pace with the workflow volume. Follows proper potcleaning procedures. Keeps noise to a minimum as to not disturb thedining residents. Keeps productive at all times. QUALIFICATIONS Toperform this job successfully, an individual must be able to performeach essential duty satisfactorily.
