Job Description:
“This position is commonly referred to as the Strategic Integrated Planning (SIP) Director”
Responsible for providing local market insights to support and direct the strategic integrated mobility network build. Provides insights to cross-business integrated planning team. Recommends build adjustments, swaps, and manages escalated external business partner disagreements. Drives innovation initiatives to reduce unit cost and fully inspects all network costs. Vets greenfield projects greater than typical cost threshold. Inspects co-investment opportunities. Primary market contact for government subsidized builds as needed. Supports Consumer and Enterprise Sales organizations with data and periodic remote and in-person presentations. Partners with Finance BOD and other network teams to create, analyze and share profitability view. Communicates to VPGM/BOD teams on network build status and profitability initiatives. Supports VPGM Distribution efforts. Ensures alignment and calibration of Market Network capital plans. Oversees Team consisting of Cost of Service Analyst(s) and Network Sales Enablement Engineer(s). Reports to AVP-Access C&E/RAN. Typically reports within the Third Level Management. Supervisory: Yes. May supervise employees or own project end-to-end and provide "Lead" type of responsibility to employees.
