　　Summary:

　　As the Director of TMF Operations, you will lead a team of over 120 dedicated TMF specialists and managers across India, Eastern Europe, US and Mexico. You'll play a key role in driving technology innovation, development and adoption across ICON Plc and will be influencing the strategic client relationships with Global industry leaders.

　　The Role:

　　Minimum of 15 years of experience in TMF Operations and People Management.

　　Should have 5 years of experience as a Sr. Manager, TMF Operations, or Director, TMF Operations.

　　Global Team Leadership : Manage a team of 120+ FTE TMF specialists and 8 TMF Group leads/managers and Senior managers across diverse geographical locations.

　　Innovation and automation : Drive automation and integration of ICON eTMF with various ICON and Sponsor systems, influence automation of ICON systems with Sponsor eTMF, And lead the cutting edge technology innovation such as Robotic Process Automation (ROA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) for eTMF system and processes.

　　Process improvement : leading Global initiatives for process improvement and centralization.

　　Subject Matter Expertise : Act as an SME on eTMF, building a team of experts to guide clients on optimal functionalities, processes, and KPIs.

　　Client Relationship Management : Foster strategic relationships with key Global sponsors, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction

　　Business Development: Lead RFIs/RFPs and identify opportunities to expand business within existing clients.
