CO Salary Range: USD 98,900.00 - 175,300.00 per year
Responsible for the development and implementation of Supply Chain policies, planning, organizing, directing, control, and oversight of distribution related activities. Responsible for the oversight and performance of all functions within Distribution including Shipping, Receiving, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Control and distribution related Information Technology.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Directs inventory & warehouse management and fulfillment functions for capital equipment.
Develops programs/policies that leverage logistics to achieve competitive advantage through the ongoing analysis and monitoring of Distribution Center processes to achieve constant improvements and ensure performance standards are established, maintained and met.
Creates and maintains functional teams to ensure Distribution Center facilities and equipment are properly maintained, and that effective safety and security programs have been implemented.
Ensures the accuracy of inventory counts through regular cycle count programs.
Implements and enforces policies for high standards of housekeeping at centers.
Implement strict discipline policies at facilities to include security, timely / accurate material movement and daily transactions, prompt / proper documentation on material movement and transactions from / to end users / customers.
Develop, train, manage and motivate Distribution Center facilities to ensure an efficient, productive and responsive staff to ensure effective execution of organizational goals at Distribution Centers to include Customer Service Order Fulfillment, Technical Services, Materials Management, Shipping and Receiving functions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Inventory control, supply chain, planning, forecasting, Distribution Center management experience, or equivalent - 6-8

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
