　　The Director, Strategic Sourcing will develop a robust strategic supplier program and oversee all vendor relationships. This will include developing, implementing and maintaining a standard set of best-in-class procurement policies, processes and procedures utilizing MTMs Operating and ERP systems. The Director, Strategic Sourcing will also be responsible for leading a team that negotiates the purchase of products, technology licenses, services and facility leases and will work cross functionally with key operational stakeholders to negotiate transportation rates across MTMs national footprint.

　　What Youll Do:

　　Lead sourcing strategies, large supplier negotiations and contracting on behalf of internal customers. This includes source selection, negotiation, contract implementation, compliance management and the ongoing relationship and resolution of any vendor performance issues. Suppliers include large technology vendors, operating partners, and transportation providers.Lead, train, coach and develop a procurement team responsible for purchasing products, managing supplier negotiations and contracts, and maintaining our facility footprint across the United States.Coordinate the strategy and communication within the organization to build and maintain relationships with 2,500 transportation providers that result in a cost effective and efficient transportation network that achieves customer SLAs and outcomes.Lead and standardize the vendor rate setting process for Transportation Providers throughout MTMs footprint. Will require cross functional work with Transportation Managers and Recruiters across the Network to develop process.Utilize large data sets and apply quantitative methods to negotiate the proper blend of price, service, and terms while ensuring adequate supply of Transportation Providers.Key contributor in the annual budget process and ongoing long range planning process by assessing the anticipated impact of changes in transportation network supply and rates.Analyze and provide budget variance insights related to transportation rates and the associated expense.Participate in RFP responses and the development of pricing related to transportation expenses in new and existing markets.Assist with the implementation of the Contract and Procurement modules within Workday Financials. Lead the roll out of these functions company wide.What Youll need:
