　　What You Will Do:

　　L’Oréal USA is looking for a passionate, bright, and energetic digital candidate to join the Business Acceleration team, to lead the growth of social commerce businesses. Social commerce is a fast-paced metier that requires a strong ability to build and deliver sales objectives with marketing and social levers.

　　The ideal candidate will have a background that marries sales accountability with social marketing. This person should be scrappy, focused on results, a self-starter, and have demonstrated success in using analytics to drive the understanding, growth, and success of an online business. Role will focus on setting brands up for success in new channels and cascading best practices. The ideal candidate will bring the spirit of entrepreneurship and agility to keep up with the fast moving nature of the project. Collaboration and integration into brand teams will be critical for success in this role.

　　Overall Responsibilities:

　　Facilitate the brand-evaluation phase based on developed criteria

　　Create repeat-able on-boarding processes for new brands launching in social commerce

　　Partner with HR and learnings teams to build training materials to on-board onto the project, the tools, and the ways of working

　　Salary Range : $140,100 – 203,2000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
