  ABOUT THE JOB:

  The Salesforce Service Cloud Director is responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud within the organization. This role involves managing a team, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring the successful utilization of Service Cloud to enhance customer service and support operations.

  WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  Strategy and Planning:

  Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce Service Cloud strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Service Cloud solutions.

  Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts.

  Provide guidance on best practices, technical expertise, and professional development.

  Implementation and Customization:

  Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of Service Cloud features and functionalities.

  Customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet specific business processes and requirements.

  Integration and Collaboration:

  Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations, Logistics, Customer Service and IT to ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and integration initiatives.

  User Training and Adoption:

  Develop and implement training programs for end-users to maximize the adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud.

  Provide ongoing support to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the platform.

  Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  Monitor and analyze the performance of Service Cloud and make recommendations for optimizations.

  Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices to continuously enhance the platform.

  Reporting and Analytics:

  Implement and maintain robust reporting and analytics capabilities within Service Cloud.

  Utilize data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.

  EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business or IT).

  Five (5)+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.

  Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a leadership role overseeing Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, with a proven track record of progressively increasing management roles.

  Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
