Overview

　　As a Director Middle Market Relationship Manager, you will play a meaningful role in the growth of an exciting new strategy. This position is responsible for acquiring and nurturing a portfolio of middle market banking relationships. In this role, you will deliver a full suite of commercial banking products and services including loans, deposits, treasury management services, interest rate products, capital markets, wealth management and other fee income business. Additionally, operating as a trusted partner working with other lines of business; building and managing full banking relationships.

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsibilities include:The Director, Middle Market Banking Originations will deliver banking products and services to new and existing banking customers to include commercial loans, investments, credits and capital, market products and services.Ensures portfolio growth, proper risk management in compliance with the appropriate regulations, laws, and bank policies.Develops and implements sales and service strategies, objectives, and measures to maximize profitability of individual and team portfolios.The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $125,000 to 175,000 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. 　　Qualifications

　　BA and 7+ years experience or MBA and 5+ years experience that includes Underwriting, Portfolio Management, or credit management roles.

　　Preferred

　　Prior problem loan management/workout experience a plusStrong Microsoft Office Skills preferredMoody's Credit Lens experience a plus
