  DaVita's procurement team also known as PRISM (Procurement, Riskreduction, Innovation, and Supply Management) is on a multi-year journeyof transforming our procurement / supply-chain / strategic sourcingprocess to be the best for our patients and partners and are looking for aninnovative leader with Procurement Systems experience to join our leadershipte

  The Director, Procurement Transformation and Technology plays a pivotal rolein our transformation initiatives across the Village. This role leads a teamsupporting our enterprise-wide Procurement organization by identifying andsupporting digital transformation and automation opportunities throughoutDaVita. This leader is responsible for implementing, overseeing andenhancing the digital procurement technology roadmap needed to supportDaVita's evolving supply chain environment. This includes, but is notlimited to, the management of existing procure to pay systems from abusiness perspective, developing and implementing supply chain managementsystems such as inventory management and demand planning and optimizing atechnology center of excellence to further govern process improvement acrossour DaVita Village. This leader works collaboratively with the Procurementteam, internal business partners and external technology providers. Theleadership responsibilities of this position include:Leading and governing the source to pay (S2P) digital footprint andbusiness optimization teamCreating a culture that enables agility and automation through technologyBuilding a partnership among key stakeholders and business leaders to ensurethat digital procurement initiatives support business outcomes and ensureefforts are aligned with business needsDriving change management, influencing up and across DaVitaIdentifying process, performance improvement and automation opportunitiesSeek out innovative technology to further advance our procurement digitalstrategyProblem solver with Technology implementation experienceExperience with Coupa P2P preferred, not required

  This role also leads operational excellence projects ensuring DaVita minimizesrisk, provides solutions that meet our teammate needs and maintains acompetitive cost position. The position is a member of the ProcurementLeadership Team and must uphold the Core Values of DaVita and comply withDaVita policies and regulations.
