Influence cultural change and lead the organizational transformation needed to standardize and mature processes as well as advance the strategic objectives of the organization.Evaluate existing business technology resources and recommends new technologies and/or upgrades/enhancements to existing technologies that improve business performance and achieve strategic initiatives.Provide strategic, technical, and advisory guidance to internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify, analyze, enhance and understand business requirements, translating activities and business goals into technologies that improve operations.Manage and mature future digital transformation initiatives.Works independently in order to deliver enterprise architecture artifacts such as Business and Technical Reference Models, architecture solution patterns, Business/Technology Capability Roadmaps, and Architecture Review Board related process documents.Contributes to the refinement of evolving enterprise architecture standards, principles, and solutioning patterns.Documents solution architecture blueprints for assigned projects.Contributes to the architectural assessment of complex application and technology components.Provides in-depth technical and systems consultation to internal clients and technical management to maintain project alignment with Enterprise Architecture and the overall corporate goals and objectives.Maintains current with the latest technology trends and digital best practices.Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or related field requiredGraduate degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred10+yrs experience in Open Group Architecture Framework (or similar), data science, data technologyTOGAF/ADM (or equivalent), AWS Solutions Architect preferredSCHEDULETypical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.This is a hybrid position with three day minimum on-site in office locations in Newark, OH or Weston, FL for candidates local to the area.
