You will report to the Vice President of Tax and work on a variety of tax matters. You will also be the primary point of contact with finance and accounting teams as well as an outside CPA firm. This is an exciting Direct Hire opportunity with a large, private equity owned company.

　　FOCUS

　　Assist in leading implementation of the tax aspects of an Up-C IPO

　　Manage pre and post-IPO tax compliance process ensuring all federal/state corporate tax and sales/personal property / franchise tax returns and associated tax payments are completed and filed in a timely manner

　　Coordinate all multi-tier LLC partnership activities

　　Prepare the GAAP Financial Reporting/Disclosures

　　Collaborate with finance and accounting teams, and all levels of management on initiatives, projects or process changes with tax implications

　　PROFILE

　　BS/BA degree in Accounting or Tax

　　CPA

　　Public accounting experience

　　Must have multi-tiered partnership tax experience

　　GAAP financial reporting

　　Must have pre- and post-IPO experience
