　　Substituting with Kelly Education:

　　Substitute Paraprofessional Responsibilities:

　　Provide classroom assistance to the classroom teacher and support the general education or special needs of students. This includes:

　　Ensuring adequate supervision of students and classroom environment to assure health, welfare, and safety of students. Assisting students in transition to and from classrooms, as needed. Understanding, addressing, and being attuned to the needs of each student, recognizing differences in their abilities and cognitive levels

　　Building positive relationships with teachers, other school staff, and students.

　　Minimum requirements:

　　Must have at least a high school diploma/GED or higher. Must have the ability to read, write and communicate in the English language fluently and effectively.
