Essential Job Functions Develop and executea comprehensive QA strategy and Team with a focus on test automation,performance testing, metrics/analytics/KPIs, and the implementation ofshift-left automation. Champion the integrationof automation testing early in the development and testing processes,ensuring that defects are identified and addressed at the earlieststages.
