　　Director of Software Development Lifecycle Process Owner (Risk and Compliance)As the Director of Software Development Lifecycle Process Owner focused on Risk and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring that our development methodologies, systems, and practices align with regulatory requirements, mitigating potential risks, and enhancing compliance standards across all software-related initiatives.

　　Leadership and Strategy:

　　Develop and execute strategies for optimizing the software development lifecycle in alignment with risk management and compliance objectives.

　　Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams to integrate risk mitigation and compliance measures seamlessly within the SDLC.

　　Risk Management and Compliance Oversight:

　　Evaluate existing SDLC processes and implement measures to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with software development.

　　Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies throughout the software development lifecycle.

　　Collaborate with legal, compliance, and security teams to establish and enforce best practices for risk management and compliance.

　　Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to drive change and foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness.

　　For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $165,800 - $290,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).
