This individual will support construction operations by providing the tools, training, and support necessary to promote best-in-class scheduling performance.Some things you can expect to do:Provide training to the regional schedulers & field teams on the use of scheduling tools that is consistent with Ryan's scheduling standard practices (Fundamentals, Ryan Process, software)Developing and deploy construction project scheduling and planning resources across all our offices and projectsMonitor scheduling trends across the Ryan project portfolio and develop action plans as needed to improve project schedule performanceProvide guidance and develop a national operations schedule data analytics strategyAssist with the hiring and onboarding of Scheduling EngineersAssist project teams and regions with monitoring and interpreting schedule health dashboards and performance reportsCapture and analyze completed project schedule data to assist Data Analytics team with fostering an environment of "continuous improvement"Act as a resource to project construction teams and Sr. construction leadership.Work on special projects pertaining to the overall Scheduling Operations.Remain current with new developments in the construction industry as it pertains to scheduling and communicate them to team members.To be successful in this role, a minimum of 15 years of experience within the construction industry is required. You must have at least 10 years of experience planning and scheduling construction projects. Expert proficiency in scheduling software (P6 & MS Project) is required. You must be familiar with the DCMA 14-point schedule health assessment & understand Lead Construction methodologies. You must also be able to travel up to 50% of the time.You will really stand out if you have:A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related fieldKnowledge of 4D scheduling softwareKnowledge of industrial, healthcare, food & beverage, mission critical, or advanced manufacturing schedulingEligibilityPlease note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to California, Colorado and/or Washington pay transparency laws for positions located in these states.
