JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide overallguidance and leadership across all aspects of quality globally. Drivecontinuous improvement toward defect-free processes ensuring customersatisfaction and the achievement of business results. Responsible forthe assessment and improvement of the people capabilities, processes,and tools that are critical to the product development process. Developand lead strategic quality improvement goals and objectives across theorganization. Lead and coordinate the use of a common continuousimprovement project selection and priority setting process. Develop,lead, track, and measure the continuous improvement progress and itsimpact on business results. Lead functional teams and cross-businessteams to drive improvements impacting key measures of the business.Develop direction on quality assessments and audits focused on processescritical to customer and business success. Drive implementation andmanagement of quality management systems across the organization. Leadthe assessment of team members\' capabilities and skills; plandevelopment opportunities to meet the needs of both the individual andthe business. Organize post-implementation exercises to identifystrengths and opportunities for improvement. Champion strategic customerimprovement projects and communication on key metrics.
