? Oversees the daily operations of the business and makes necessary adjustments.
? Responsible for managing and coaching departmental managers.
? Motivates and leads the team to enhance productivity, engagement and employee morale.
? Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated.
? Reviews goals with managers, monitors goals, and identifies opportunities for improvement.
? Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
? Implements policies and procedures that improve day-to-day operations.
? Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives.
? Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers.
?For major changes, meets with the entire Operations team to explain changes and answer questions.
? Leads coordination and integration of efforts among all departments to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
? Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
Qualifications
? Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.
? A minimum of ten years of experience in Operations leadership roles.
? Must have strong data analysis skills.
? Must be proficient in project management and strategic planning.
? Must be meticulous and detail oriented.
? Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
? Must be able to focus and multi-task.
? Must be self-motivated and a team player.
? Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
? Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change and pursuit of continuous improvement efforts and be part of process improvement group discussions.
Physical Requirements
? Requires sitting (75% of time) and walking (20% of time), and standing (5% of time).
? Exposure to general office environment conditions.
? Reaching above/below shoulder level.
? Occasionally required to lift up to 20 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
