　　Come join the passionate, student-focused team at ECPI University's San Antonio, TX campus. We are looking for an experienced nursing leader who will be responsibile for the administration, planning, implementation and evaluation of the Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) program.

　　Responsibilities

　　For Student Affairs:

　　Oversee student admission, academic progress, and graduation

　　Evaluate student progress based on the ADN Program philosophy and objectives

　　For Faculty:

　　Interview, select, and onboard qualified nursing faculty

　　Supervise and assess program faculty, including in-class evaluations

　　For Program Development:

　　Provide valuable feedback on course materials, practice changes, and student achievement

　　Lead Program Advisory Board meetings

　　Professional Development:

　　Stay current through continued education programs and academic courses

　　Encourage staff and faculty professional growth through the same avenues

　　Qualifications

　　Education and Qualifications:

　　Master of Science degree in Nursing is required

　　Current unrestricted registered nurse license in Texas

　　Experience:

　　Minimum of two years of registered nursing experience, enabling leadership and role responsibilities

　　Two years of full-time experience as a faculty member in an approved nursing program

　　A minimum of two calendar years of prior full-time employment (or equivalent) in clinical nursing practice as a registered nurse (RN) or advanced practice nurse
