We are actively seeking a Director of Nursing for our skilled Nursing facility.

　　Duties Include:

　　Management responsibilities including maintaining exceptional quality of care for Residents in the facility.

　　Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff.

　　Meet the nursing needs of all residents.

　　Coordinate and direct care planning for nursing services.

　　Maintain and disseminate knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.

　　Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical records.

　　Conduct interviews with respective nursing candidates and guide the hiring and onboarding process to ensure proper clinical staffing needs.

　　Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs.

　　Requirements Include:

　　Current New York State RN license required.

　　Minimum 3 years experience in Long-Term Care settings.

　　Innovative trainings with clinical staff in the building.

　　Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
