Description

　　Robert Half is currently looking for a seasoned IT Director to lead a multinational team at a global manufacturing firm. The successful candidate will oversee all IT (Information Technology) functions in the company, managing a team of 20 professionals, including 10 full-time employees and 10 contractors. You will be responsible for designing the company's IT strategies, implementing technology solutions to meet business needs, and ensuring seamless IT operations across all our locations in the US, Europe, and South America.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Lead IT operational planning and projects, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of IT services

　　Drive technology strategies and policies to support business objectives

　　Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of hardware, software, and network infrastructure

　　Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to improve existing systems and implement new technologies

　　Manage and develop team capabilities, optimizing each member’s contribution

　　Responsible for the planning and execution of projects involving the Oracle R12 platform

　　Control budget and report on expenditure

　　Ensure adherence to IT security standards and data protection regulations

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum of a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field; Master's degree preferred

　　At least 10 years of experience in IT management

　　Proven experience managing global IT teams

　　Deep knowledge of CRM, ERP, and SCM platforms, specifically Oracle R12

　　Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-cultural teams

　　Ability to align IT strategies with business objectives

　　Strong organizational and project management skills

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Ability to travel internationally as needed

　　Experience in manufacturing industry would be considered an advantage
