　　Prose Beauty Inc.is hiring a Director of Industrial Engineering in Brooklyn, New York, to lead end-to-end production in complex cutting-edge customizable made-to-order facility, direct design of production layouts to optimize global supply chain, increase productivity and reduce costs, direct facility engineering projects, own vision for devising innovative solutions with Fulfillment and Operations. $155,000 per year.

　　Requirements: A minimum of a Master’s in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or closely related Engineering field, and 2 years of experience in all the following: developing and optimizing supply chain processes including production distribution within multi-channel business; developing standard operating procedures, system improvement plan and optimization for RF-SMART Warehouse Management System; Integrating global end-to-end supply chain processes using NetSuite; improvement and redesign of business processes and system integration; performing assessments of receiving, packing and shipping process employed by a 3PL across global chain to validate if they meet quality standards and requirements; generating monthly audit plans to confirm global logistics standards are met.
