Description

　　Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Director of Finance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, management, technology, analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills as part of the management team. This may be the role for you if you are an experienced VP/Director of Finance looking for a challenging role at an established company.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　Oversee the financial books, including monthly financial close and creation of timely financial statements

　　Establish and maintain internal accounting controls, policies, procedures

　　Manage outsourced team which is responsible for A/R, A/P, and bookkeeping; work with HR to manage Payroll

　　Lead annual audit and tax filings, as well as budget/forecast and cash flow preparation and management

　　Work with Operations on joint projects including monthly business reporting and acquisition integration

　　Partner with CFO on key capital decisions including capital expenditure investments and acquisitions

　　Requirements

　　Experience, qualifications & competencies:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience

　　3+ years of full-cycle accounting/finance experience in a business environment

　　Accounting/finance experience in roles with progressive levels of responsibility

　　FP& A experience preferred

　　Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

　　Business acumen with analytical/problem-solving skills

　　Customer service oriented approach to internal/external stakeholders

　　Technologically savvy and proficient with NetSuite and Google workspace

　　Comfortable with and able to navigate ambiguity
