Position Overview:
Implant Direct seeks a highly motivated, results-driven marketing leader to define, develop, and execute a strategy to drive the company’s revenue growth via demand generation in core markets. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Director, the Implant Direct Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for leveraging customer insights to define opportunities for growth within Marketing.
The Director of Demand Generation is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive market presence, growth, and customer acquisition within our core North American markets. This senior position will lead a high-performing team in crafting and implementing targeted demand generation programs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to increase both leads and revenue through marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Define and execute a visionary demand generation strategy to elevate market presence and drive substantial growth in North America through Marketing channels
Lead and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to crafting and executing demand generation campaigns tailored to dental professionals, including general dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and implantologists.
Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and clinical education teams to align demand generation efforts with the unique needs and preferences of dental professionals, establishing the organization as a leader in dental implant solutions.
Oversee the brand and strategies that enhance our brand positioning with our target audience. Lead the team to create compelling messaging and visuals to enhance the brand image.
Develop & implement customer insights based on keen understanding of North American customer & competitors.
Utilize advanced data analytics to drive strategic decision-making, optimize campaigns, measure performance, and refine strategies for maximum impact in the dental implants market.
Own and oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to achieve measurable results and drive significant customer acquisition.
Collaborate closely with content creators to develop compelling messaging and educational materials that resonate with dental professionals and reinforce the value of our dental implant solutions.
Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to streamline processes, enhance lead management, and nurture relationships.
Monitor and track the performance of campaigns and lead generation efforts via daily management and monthly bowler reviews.
Utilize CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and reporting tools (Tableau) to generate reports to inform decision making and strategy development.
Leverage EBS tools such as Kaizen, Problem Solving Process (PSP), Daily Management (DM) to drive customer engagement through lead cycle with full traceability to revenue.

Position is remote.
10% travel, primarily to customers in North America.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years experience in marketing, sales, or similar commercial experience, including leading marketing teams and demand generation and/or brand strategy
Experience in medical, dental, vision or similar field a plus
Ability to run reports and analyze data, working within key business applications to define trends and opportunities (i.e. Oracle, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel. etc.)
Preferred:
MBA strongly preferred
Experience with HubSpot Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO Optimization
Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
Strong critical thinker with a demonstrated track record of problem solving
Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
Ability to both create strategy and execute tactically
Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Ability to create and test hypotheses via pilot programs, iterate, and use data to drive thoughtful decision making
Customer-focused with the ability to distill actionable customer insights from broader market trends and Voice of Customer (VOC)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency using Excel, used to develop and articulate viewpoints and insights
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels within an organization.
Ability to gain followership, build consensus and collaborate within marketing and across business functions
Facility with data and ability to use to uncover insights and drive decisions about daily and strategic priorities

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
