  Job Description

  Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with the majority of time spent on site with opportunity for flexibility during the week to work remote.

  In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

  We are seeking an experienced leader to collaborate internally and externally on some of our most cutting-edge programs providing multi-function solutions to our customers. This role will lead the team responsible senior customer engagement, cross-business strategy development and collaboration, and new business capture for the Adaptive Communications and Sensing (AC&S) product line.

  Primary Responsibilities:Lead, develop, and execute multiple new and ongoing business capture campaign strategies that align to the AC&S program portfolio.Proactively identify and mitigate risks; manage resources across multiple business areas, interface with Sector new business capture efforts, clearly communicate within and across business areas to de-conflict new business capture efforts.Conceptualize a vision for winning, to develop a capture plan that implements the vision, adjusts the vision as the procurement unfolds, and to manage the capture activities and team to achieve the vision.Establish and maintain a comprehensive external communication plan to build enduring, persistent relationships and demonstrate thought leadership in the mission and market space by staying actively engaged with our key external stakeholders at the highest levels within the US government, prime contractors, and at BAE.Measure and regularly report our on program results, including to senior leadership. Lead through inspiration and encouragement and foster a culture of innovative problem solving, performance excellence, and continuous improvement on the program team to deliver affordable, effective, and dependable outcomes.Collect and document intelligence about the customer, procurement, competition and pricing.Lead, manage and set direction for a team of capture leads.Serve as a member of the AC&S Leadership Team, actively partnering with other team members to drive innovative and consistent strategy across the product line.

  Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status

  Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 12 years of experience in program or capture management and/or with functional activities related to the program lifecycle, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Demonstrated experience in building customer and supplier relationships, leading customer interactions and discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature.Experience integrating scope, schedule, and budget for the successful execution of program objectives.Highly developed collaboration and leadership skills with demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional colleagues.Ability to lead complex teams that are distributed across geographic locations in a borderless fashion.Respected leadership, strong capture experience, and confidence in ability to plan and execute a winning capture effort.Ability to understand customers' needs and objectivesStrong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate the capture plan and status across the capture team and AC&S leadership.

  Pay Information

  Full-Time Salary Range: $159300 - $270800

  Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
