  Job Description

  Ignite your career as a New Business Lead, Director supporting Investment Practices in the Publicis Media Exchange! As an experienced Media Investment Professional, you already know that Investment is dynamic and more important than ever, providing clients with market specific strategies that maximize results while reducing waste. The Publicis Media Exchange activates across all local media channels, including Television, Radio, Streaming Audio, and Digital Video (OTT/CTV/VOD), OOH & Publishing as well as national Publishing and Audio. As a New Business Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and success on behalf of PMX Investment during the pitch process in the continuously evolving marketplace. In this role your ability to problem solve, communicate clearly, and engage across all stakeholders will be pivotal to our success.

  This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

  Your Impact:

  Pitch and present PMX’s capabilities across local video, local & national audio, publishing and OOH persuasively to potential clients.

  Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop compelling pitches that demonstrate PMX’s unique value proposition.

  Curate and maintain a comprehensive catalog of credentials, case studies, RFP responses and other assets for use in various pitches.

  Collaborate with Investment Practice Leads to develop competitive pricing for cost exercises and pitch plans based on marketplace trends and Agency Deals.

  Provide local marketplace insights showcasing our in-depth landscape knowledge and local tactical planning consult to pitch team.

  Advocate for multicultural & diversity inclusion through Investment. Champion the 4As Fair Play Charter and all other diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  Maintain a log of pitch statuses and regularly provide updates to Investment Practice Leads.

  Qualifications

  If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving new business in the dynamic realm of Local Media Investment, possess exceptional pitching skills and have a knack for meticulous organization, this is an opportunity for you. It is preferred that you have advanced experience of Microsoft Suite (specific attention to Excel and PPT), as well as various media platforms such as HMX, Media Ocean (Spectra OX & Prisma), SQAD and Tapscan. If you enjoy building great relationships with clients, staff and vendor partners, have a history of strategizing/negotiating to get the job done right and enjoy delivering polished presentations, we want to talk to you!

  Compensation Range: $115,500 - $181,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 3/8/2024.
