JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: The Director of Global Logistics isa key leader in the Logistics and Fulfillment organization. In thisrole, you will create a vision for global logistics, build a strategyand ensure the talent exists to accomplish the vision. This role is theSubject Matter Expert (SME) for Logistics within Regal Rexnord. Thisrole will need to ensure excellence with tactical operations for allfreight movements across the globe, while also ensuring our long termstrategy is not only established, but we are consistently workingagainst achieving it. This role requires a self- starter who thrives ina fast-paced environment and has experience in building an industryleading Transportation organization. Major Responsibilities:Create a Global Logistics vision, launch and drive strategic andoperational initiatives to deliver on this vision, while supportingRegal Rexnord in achieving its overall company vision. Ensure allrequired processes and procedures are in place to support distributionfrom raw material suppliers through customer delivery. Partner with theRegal Rexnord Logistics Sourcing team to develop long term logisticssupplier strategies enabling best in class customer service at the rightcost. Establish a standard way of working to include shared performancescorecards, business venues, etc. to ensure accountability and improvedcustomer experience. Work collaboratively and foster strongrelationships throughout Regal Rexnord including Sales, CustomerService, Fulfillment, Sourcing, HR and Manufacturing. Be customercentric with a bias towards action and improving the customerexperience. Develop and maintain SOP\'s to include full end to endprocess, documentation needed for delivery of goods, cadence ofcommunication with internal / external stakeholders as to status of allshipments. Maintain and analyze metrics to assess performance andidentify improvements across the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery,Cost & Growth (SQDCG).
