  The Director of Learning & Development leads the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of learning programs aligned to the US Channel business strategy. This role plays a critical part in shaping the workforce's future capabilities as our business continues to digitally transform. Position summary:

  Partner with the business to identify training and skill development needs, translating needs into learning strategies for all levels of skill (beginner to advanced) and all levels of leadership (team member to executive).Leverage business goals, workforce data, analytics and feedback to swiftly implement programs, working in close partnership with the HRBP function.Lead the ongoing implementation and review of Sales Capability programs that raise the bar on selling skills and assessment.Work with marketing/internal comms and HRBP function to create simple and engaging marketing materials that promote learning and development programs and opportunities.Communicate training and development progress to multiple stakeholders on a regular basis.

  This role is both strategic and hands-on, partnering with the business to identify and define current and future workforce needs, including ongoing forecasting for attrition and changing market conditions, but also facilitation, creating materials and working with associates at all levels. Our US-Technology Solutions HR team is not your ordinary large corporate HR team! We are a fast, agile, scrappy, gritty, and get stuff done type of team! Our business moves extremely fast, and we need to always be ahead of the game!

  What we need you to do:

  Strategy and Implementation

  Develop and align learning & development strategies and processes to support business objectives. This requires constant engagement with leadership teams and HRBP function by partnering and collaborating.Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs, both formal and informal, to enhance employee skills and knowledge and measure outcomes.Collaborate with business leaders and HRBP's to identify skills development needs and provide solutions to address skill gaps.Develop comprehensive reporting mechanisms to communicate overall performance to HR leadership, executive leaders and managers.Manage ongoing communication plans internally to drive program adoptionEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning and culture initiatives.Use data and analytics to assess the impact of programs, gather feedback, and make data-driven improvements.

  Support

  Project planning/design and supervision of project execution.Effective scheduling and prioritization of multiple projects.Budget management responsibilities.Resource planning to support future initiatives and in proportion to project impact.Ensures that project priorities and deadlines are communicated to all appropriate associates.Possess a strong knowledge of Ingram, its' systems, key people and business processes, and takes these into consideration when planning projects.Makes project decisions based on multiple subject matter areas.Possesses the verbal and written communication skills to interact with the team, other departments, customers, vendors and executives.

  SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in Learning & Development and 5 years in a managerial capacity (in any of the major HR functional roles).Bachelor's degree in business, HR or psychology or equivalent experience.Demonstrated ability to operate in an environment with ambiguity and change; adapting to and being a champion for positive change.Leverages strong business acumen and analytic capability to integrate learning & development initiatives.Exceptional communication and project management skills.Demonstrated ability to take initiate and have a bias for thoughtful action.Skilled at building credibility and effective relationships and is a strong collaborator.Demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating and managing conflict.Resilient with a high level of personal integrity and energy.Proficient with modern / advanced technology tools and platforms.

  The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $136, 900.00 - $239, 500.00 per year.

  The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

  At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
