This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As a Director Lifestyle Global Brand FB reporting to the SVP Global Lifestyle FB, you will lead and direct all activities of a cross-functional Lifestyle Brand FB Development, Programming, and Product Development, including creating FB solutions across Hilton's Lifestyle brand categories in the Americas and working with Global counterparts to ensure Lifestyle excellence.

What your day-to-day will be like:
Facilitate the market entry of new Hilton brands and concepts, and provide brand guidance to owners, asset managers, and operatorsEnsure that appropriate talent is identified to assemble and develop a cross-functional team while leading that team to achieve strategic goals and performance using an agile development methodologyDirect the strategy and resourcing of Brand Food Beverage programs, offerings, and activities across all brands in the regionResolve working schedules and lead outcomes based on project deadlines and projects listLead all aspects of tracking and progress of Lifestyle Global FB brand programs underway, on hold, and in developmentIdentify brand-relevant restaurant operators and concept partners and make recommendations as vitalLead departmental financials with adjustments as critical and ensure accurate tracking of disbursementsBrand Solutions Responsibility:
Resolve strategic need to develop well-defined bespoke FB conceptsDevelop brand standards and deliver to both franchise and managed properties across the USGuide property partners to Hilton’s online Food Beverage Portfolio of concepts, tools, and standard methodologies.Develop well-defined Master Prototype FB innovations for use as turn-key solutions by owners and operators and evaluate business opportunities for new and additional prototype conceptsPresent detailed FB concept briefs for review to internal partners initially and then to internal and external customersHow you will collaborate with others:
Collaboratively work with Franchisees and senior partners to provide brand mentorship, and drive programs across the franchised estate to support their goals and prioritiesLead projects, Ownership relations, Management Company relationships, communications, and timelines with internal collaborators and third-party vendorsReview Brand Standards for relevance in the market and develop updates in collaboration with respective Lifestyle Brand Heads, Brand Performance Support and FB OperationsWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Ten (10) years of overall professional experienceFive (5) years of Corporate Food Beverage experience in a similar roleFive (5) years of demonstrated experience leading a team60% Travel time requiredIt would be useful if you have:
