WHO YOU ARE:
We are looking for a creative and experienced data products development Director II to lead the Analytics Infrastructure Department (AID) in TWCandrsquo;s Division of Information Innovation and Insight (I|3). The director will report to the agencyandrsquo;s Chief Analytics officer to build out infrastructure that furthers I|3andrsquo;s mission to produce and analyze data and business processes to better serve the employers, individuals, families, and communities of Texas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:The Director performs advanced (senior-level) managerial work providing direction and guidance in strategic operations and planning. Work involves establishing the strategic plan and goals and objectives for the department as well as working with managers to develop policies, procedures, and guidelines establishing priorities, standards, and measurement tools for determining progress in meeting goals and coordinating and evaluating program activities and/or business functions. Supervises the work of others including managers within the department. Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to build state-of-the-art analytics tools that will be adopted by other states to help employers, individuals, families, and communities all over the United States.
