Transformation enables the organization to drive complex and transformational programs through disciplined project/program management and change management strategies.
The Transformation Management Office is responsible for the design, build, project planning, prioritization and implementation of function-wide transformation programs. This job family will maintain transformation roadmaps and ensure visibility and accountability for commitments and deliverables. The Transformation Management Office designs and delivers business analysis and process optimization over Shared Services and Partner information, optimizing and enabling people, process, and systems. This job family is the liaison for Cardinal strategic initiatives associated with MandA activity, IT engagements and audit/control risk.
Responsibilties
This position will drive the ITC (Invoice to Cash) and PTP (Procure to Pay) transformation with the primary responsibility for the development of end-to-end infrastructure and tool strategy in support of Operational Finance and Analytics.
Support end to end strategy and vision for ITC and PTP in collaboration with the GFSS leadership, Functional leads organizations and the Finance Transformation OfficeEnable the realization of the desired ITC and PTP strategy by leveraging functional process owners within the function andGenpact.Implement technical vision and strategy in partnership with GFSS ITC and PTP teams to identify business requirements and solutiondesign.Expand digital capabilities by staying informed / trained on new best in class technologies and options for the ITC and PTPspace.Bring together a marketplace leading practice and Cardinal needs to determine best fit solutions for theorganization.Review business requirements across the enterprise to define opportunities for digitizationBlend financial acumen and best in class digital capabilities perspectives to support ITC, PTP, Analytics and ReportingAssess the impact of ongoing transformations across the organization to drive seamless integration across multiple functions and technologiesFocus on delivering accelerated next generation capabilities focused on cash processes and analyticsDrive internal adoption with impacted stakeholdersMember of governance forum for opportunity prioritization, overall design and execution governance and fundingCross-functional Business Partnering with Other CAH Stakeholders.The Director of Transformation will work cross-functionally within and outside of GFSS and our outside partners. The following is representative of the cross-functional interactions:
Lead BPO initiatives to incubate and implement digital technology programs and pilotsCollaborate with ITC and PTP Finance teams to drive enterprise-wide adoption of new technology tools and programsDrive integration across other programs and technology functions (e.g., EIT, FOS, Transformation Management Office, Digital Solutions)Engage with our ITC and PTP leads with our outside partner (Genpact) to communicate the agreed upon strategies and requirementsPeriodic reporting to the Senior Finance Management regarding proposed and in-flight initiativesWhat is expected of you and others at this level
Provides leadership to managers and experienced professional staff may also manage front line upervisorsManages an organizational budgetDevelops and implements policies and procedures to achieve organizational goalsAssists in the development of functional strategyDecisions have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes, and customersInteracts with internal and/or external leaders, including senior managementPersuades others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationshipsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience,preferred.MBA and/or CPA or equivalent ispreferred.Minimum of 12+ years of Finance experience with increasing level of responsibilities within a multinational corporationExtensive experience and knowledge in Finance process improvementOrganizational Change Management experienceExperience managing a Business Process Outsourcing vendor(s) or other outsource providers is preferredPrevious Project Management experience is a plusStrong leadership abilities: proven visionary thinking with a clear ability to construct, energize and manage a large team of colleaguesStrong communications skills that are adaptable to different stakeholder groups and levelsSkilled at influencing others to move toward to a common vision and effectively leading cross-functional teamsPerformance-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize business finance needs for innovative finance analytics and business partnering solutionsSkilled at developing strong relationships with finance business partners and working collaboratively with / through othersA focus on innovation and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive buy-in and change across theorganization.Anticipated salary range:$112,500 - $181,650
