　　Director Extra-Oral Imaging Product Management (m/f/d) - Bensheim, Germany

　　We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced talent to join our Imaging Solutions team – to take responsibility for the extra-oral Imaging portfolio, to lead the product management team and to drive growth and innovation in this key segment of Dentsply Sirona’s business.

　　Your Responsibilities:

　　Leading the a small team of experts

　　Own overall roadmap and life cycle planning for global Extra-oral Imaging (EO) portfolio

　　Define and manage end-to-end customer solution, including hard- and software solutions

　　Develop and drive innovation strategy as well as Product family improvement and maintenance pipeline

　　Market analysis incl competitive landscape

　　Product category VOC research and requirements definition

　　Global product family positioning

　　Business case definition and modelling

　　Product commercial performance analytics

　　Collaboration with external business partners

　　Your Profile:

　　University degree in engineering, business administration, applied economics, natural sciences or similar field

　　5+ years of proven track record of innovation & successful commercial strategy development

　　Demonstrated success in a senior level product management or similar role (e.g. product owner, marketing, sales)

　　Experience in leading and managing a team

　　Understanding of X-Ray technology preferred

　　Experience in dental industry preferred

　　Proven problem solver with strong analytical and excellent execution skills

　　Customer-centric mindset, design-thinking expertise a plus

　　Strong communication skills towards senior management

　　Fluency in English. German preferred
