The team creates scale, efficiency, and marginimprovement through our base of third-party material supplierssupporting install and service projects throughout the US and Canada.Major areas of responsibility will include: Hire, coach and manage ateam of 5-7 category managers. Work closely with cross functionalleaders in install operations, service operations, sales, and portfoliomanagement to develop procurement targets and financial plans thatsupport the financial objectives of the business with focus on salesgrowth, expansion of field capacity and efficiency, margin expansion andfree cash flow improvement. Develop the tools and processes andleadership cadence of the category management team to create,communicate and drive category strategies that deliver measurablefinancial value to the business.
